Sorry it has been so long since I have last blogged. We moved up to Molalla last weekend, so all last week and this week we have been super busy. Our house in Veneta is officially closed as of 4:00 today. We have quite a large amount of money in our bank now! Most of it will be staying in there to go towards the next house we buy. We will be paying of our car, which means that we will own both of our cars soon!!!! YAY!! We also bought a furniture set the other day, so that is really cool to have new furniture. It was a really good deal for a couch, loveseat, and recliner at Fred Meyers, so we went ahead and got it. We are still looking for a table and chairs to buy...and a desk, since that broke during the move. I am going to garage sales for that stuff though. We are also looking at stores, but haven't found anything yet.
As far as I know the baby is doing fine. I thought I would start to feel her more because she is getting bigger, but I'm not. Just feeling her the same amount. My mom bought me a infant car seat, and a couple of bases for it, and a jogger stroller that the infant seat attaches to from her friends who were selling theirs! And they were getting rid of another car seat for when she grows out of the infant car seat, so she got that too. And when we were picking that stuff up, they decided they wanted to sell their glider/rocker, so I bought that! It was all a really good deal, so I couldn't pass it up. And the stuff is in really great condition! Some stuff at garage sales and such can be a good deal, but not in great condition, so I was glad that they kept such great care of it all. I went to a garage sale today and bought a tie-die onesie...it is a bigger size, but I couldn't resist. Being from Eugene, I have to bring my hippiness with me.:).
I will try to put some pictures on this week!

24 Weeks...6.5 months
Well, what has been going on in our lives...umm, nothing. I have only packed 5 boxed so far and have at least 20 more empty ones in the garage to be filled. I have no idea if that is enough or not. I have my monthly Doctors appointment tomorrow, and when I get home from that, I will be packing all day. I pretty much will be doing nothing but packin all week. Except for Wednesday when we drive to Molalla and sign the papers to rent the house. So that means I have Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and some of Friday to pack. We are getting the UHaul on Friday afternoon to start loading, then will drive up on Saturday to our new place to live.
I have been feeling the baby more...like I said before, haha. Not much new going on with her, and my belly doesn't seem any different than before. I am sure it will change and grow more this week because supposedly she is gonna to have a big growth spurt this week. Exciting! More kicking of my bladder. I don't mind the other movements, but when she thinks that my bladder is a punching bag, I want to put her in a 'time-out'. Haha. I keep thinking about what her personality will be like and wonder what she will look like. I think she will take after me more than Jared, but I know she will have blended features. I guess I am mostly predicting that she will have dark hair and eyes like me. We both hope that she will be tall...future pointguard material...haha.
I found the cutest baby set (onesie, cap, booties) at Burlington Coat Factory, and my mom bought it, that has the 'Air Jordan'! I loved it and so did Jared. What upsets me is that all things that you buy for girls are flowery and cutesy and say princess...why can't they have girl sports stuff? I mean, I really like the girly stuff...not particularly the stuff that plasters 'princess', but come on...what about a cute little pink outfit with a basketball on it or something? There has got to be something out there somewhere. My mom is looking for some fabric to make a quilt that hopefully is girly sport themed.
Ok, that's enough. I talk waay to much! Probably time to post more pictures. That's probably what you all want, right?

Beautiful Weather!
I am loving the past few days being so nice outside! I have taken Paislie for walks and laid out on our hammock. I would have stayed outside for a longer amount of time today, but I was getting hot, and I didn't think the baby would like being boiled inside of me...haha. It was nice to get a little sun though! I even wore my maternity shorts that I bought on clearance at Target for only $4!!! What a deal! Some people might think they are a bright color, but I like them...they are a salmony-pink color...but only $4!
I am also starting to pack up things around the house. Not very much yet, but I already have 5 boxes filled up. I think I will try to do some more this afternoon, but who really wants to go pack boxes in order to move? I have just a little bit of motivation, and it really needs to pick up because we are moving in just a week! I am excited that we are moving into the house that we really liked! I am even more excited at the thought of possibly buying it within the next year or so.
Just a thought that came into mind...I hate dog hair! Paislie sheds so bad! I already vaccuumed today, but I think I need to do it again!

Names
AHHHH!!! Frustration, Hair-pulling, Soundless screams, Anxiety, Sadness, Excitement, Disappointment, Kicking, Punching, Arguing/Debating, and did I say FRUSTRATING! I am really wanting to figure out a name for the baby. We have come up with one that we both can't say we don't like, but it is similar to what our friends are naming their daughter. So I am thinking that that name is going on the back burner. Plus, the more I think about that name, the more I am pretty sure there is a better name out there and I have yet to find it. Jared seems to think there is plenty of time to pick out a name, but it is almost torturous for me because I think about it almost all day every day. We do have a lot of time to figure out a name, but when it is on my mind all of the time, it becomes heavier on my thoughts. His other 'argument' or thought is that since we aren't telling the name to anyone until after she is born, what does it matter when we decide the name. Ugh, typical male. I would love to stop calling her 'baby' when I am by myself in the car, or at home, or talking to Jared about her. I think that it will be fun to leave an element of surprise for when she is born. I have looked at baby names for I don't know how many hours on the computer. I love unusual names that I either have never heard of or have only heard of a couple of times. I think Jared likes more common names, or ones he has at least heard of before...which is sometimes annoying because he keeps suggesting names that I associate with someone in my past or someone I know right now. Jared will probably be rolling his eyes just about now because he reads this to catch up on current events too...haha. It's not like I don't also talk to him about the things I write on here, but whatever he wants to do is fine. I love you Jared:)
Anyway, that might be enough ranting for tonight. Maybe I can fall asleep now that I have been able to vent some frustrations to the good 'ol internet:) What has this world come to where I find solace in an electronic machine? Sad, sad world. What's even a little more sad is that I don't even know if anyone reads what I write on here. Once in a while I will get a comment, thanks Joyce for the last one!, but do people actually read my posts? I wish there was some way to know if people come to look at my page like Myspace has. Umm, yes I also have a myspace page...I don't do much on there though. I use it a lot to email people. Okay, enough of defending my technology vices.
Love you all! :)

So excited!
My friend Alicia is coming home really soon! She has been in Spain since January, and I really miss her! I can't wait to see her and talk about everything that has been going on! We talked a little through myspace, and I got a couple of postcards, but it's not the same! So anyway, I just wanted to share my excitement with you all!

23 Weeks
WEll, not much more going on this week. I don't think that my belly is getting any bigger, but she is definitely kicking more...and harder! It makes sense that I can feel her more because she is getting bigger. Oh the joys of being kicked in the bladder are starting and are just going to get better:) Haha. I finally went to the Motherhood store at Gateway and got a belly band to help keep my pants up...we will see if I really like it or not. I have bought a few maternity shirts, but they don't quite fit yet...still a little too big. I am not too sure if I really like maternity shirts because they just hide the belly unless the belly is huge...I would rather show off my belly somewhat.
As for other things we have been doing, we went to the Kenny Chesney concert in Vancouver this past week with a friend...it was really cool because it was a smaller venue than he usually does, so we got really good seats! Don't know if I said this yet or not, but we were told that we could rent the house that we really wanted! I am so excited! It is a huge house, and I think they would still allow us to buy it from them when we can afford that (when I start working next year). We are looking into a loan that we qualify for through the government, but they have a waiting list. We are going to fill out the application to hopefully get on that list and maybe buy the house with that loan to start out. I'm not really sure because Jared knows more about that stuff than I do. I just know that this would be a perfect house to live in and have kids because it's big and in a nice area. I am going to start packing up things this week and getting ready to move in two weeks.
Oh, and we already cancelled our dish tv, so that means I will be reading books and watching movies for the next couple of weeks before we leave. I already have a couple of movies that I want to rent and watch, but if you have any suggestions...leave a comment and tell me!
