So I saw this from a post on craigslist. Someone was just advertising for the company, so I decided to buy this hat and a couple headbands. I can't wait until they get here!

4 Months

Keila is 4 months old! She is so chunky and happy and whiny!!! Haha...she whines when she is tired at night...usually everyday between 5 and 7 if she is not asleep. She doen't whine the whole time, just when she thinks I am trying to get her to go to sleep. If she doesn't sleep, then she doesn't sleep...I don't know if that is bad or not. She had a doctors appointment today as well. She weighed 15.5 lbs, her length is 25.25 inches, and her head circumference is 16.5 inches. She is doing really well on the charts for whatever that is worth.

Keila's ears are Pierced!

It took FOREVER to get it done. She was tired and hungry or something when we first went there and got them marked. So we took a break and I went and fed her. Then we went back, and she is so curious about everything and was moving her head too much to do them both at the same time...so we had to do one at a time. Which, by the way, is definitely not what I wanted to do. After the first one, she cried a LOT, and so I was holding her and she actually was trying to go to sleep when she settled down. Then I sat down and held her for the second ear...She hated that one even more than the first! She was belting out her cries and then she let out a few blood curdling screams. I think people would've nominated me for worst mom of the year!! But, she looks really cute!!!

My Mom is Coming!!!

My mom gets here tomorrow at 11pm! The only thing that sucks is that I have to go pick her up at 11pm...I am usually asleep at that time! The cool thing is that she is coming and we are gonna be able to hang out and she can see Keila again.

Keila is 4 months old on Monday...she is getting so big! She has been trying to sit up and has finally started reaching for things that are in front of her. She also talks up a storm!! She makes awesome facial expressions as well...I am always cracking up at her! She has kind of giggled a few times in the past but she hasn't started the real laughing yet. I wonder what will make her laugh when she finally does. She smiles at us ALL the time and gets the biggest grins and it seems as if she wants to laugh sometimes, but just doesn't.

Keila is also getting her ears pierced on Sunday...at least I hope Sunday. My mom and I are gonna go up to the Clackamas Mall area and hopefully we can stop at one of the places to get it done. I am so excited! She will look absolutely adorable with little earrings!

Score!!

A friend just let us have a TON of clothes from their daughter. They just had a son and wont be needing the girl clothes. Keila just got tons of cute stuff! Thanks Steve and Amy!

Posting...

It seems like I am making less and less posts...sorry! It doesn't feel like it has been so long since I last posted, but it has. Keila has started looking for whoever is saying her name...it is awesome! I also think she absolutely loves going to the gym for basketball practice and games. She always seems to sleep really well during practice if I have to bring her with me and usually sleeps during games too. she likes to sit in her bumbo chair as well. Whenever I put her in there she just sits and looks around, soaking in her surroundings. She can sit up ok, but after a while her muscles start to get tired and she shakes around...trying to keep her head up. haha.

On a great note, my mom is going to try and come visit at the end of the month! I hope she can come!

AND, I am going to get Keila's ears pierced in a couple weeks. She will look so cute!
