Week 22

OKAY!!!! A lot has gone on this week! So after having our house on the market for only 2 weeks...a little less...we have a buyer! we signed papers and accepted an offer, and now we are officially pending the sale of our house. We have to be out of here by June 28th. So we went up to Molalla and looked for houses to rent because we wouldn't be able to buy a house right now. We found a really awesome house that maybe by next year we would be able to buy! It has a lease to own option, but the payments are higher than if we just rented it, so we are just going to rent it. We sent in our application and stuff to rent and they should be getting that in the mail today or tomorrow. I really want them to get it today because I want everything to be done sooner rather than later. I want to know if they will let us rent the place. We will be moving out of our house now by the 20th or 21st...that weekend anyway...in order to be able to clean and make sure everything is ready in plenty of time. Everything has been coming together great over the past week and it is really nice to know where our lives are going! God has worked in amazing ways to guide us and take care of us through this process, and we are just waiting to see what will happen next.

As for baby, I am feeling her more throughout the day but mostly at night. I have been having some dreams lately about having her here and it makes me wake up with a smile on my face:) I am getting more excited for her to be here and to be a part of our everyday lives! It is weird to think that June is starting in a couple of days. Everything is going fast and slow all at the same time. Knowing that she is weighing around a pound and is probably a foot long right now is really weird. I know she is all curled up inside and compared to her length she doesn't weight very muh, but how does she fit in there??? It is amazing to see God's creations and to know that I have been given such a great gift. I want to know what she is going to look like and what kind of personality she will have. I love that I am getting a baby belly because it tells me and shows me everyday that life is growing inside of me and it's awesome! God is amazing. Just 4.5 months left until she comes!

20 Week Ultrasound pic

So I took a DVD to the Dr to get the pictures put on there and the lady only put 4 pictures on there!! ARGH!!! I was upset to go home and look at it expecting a lot more pictures to only find 4! Three of which are all profile...I'm glad to have a profile pic...and the other one was of the face which I already have 5 of! I am going to call on Tuesday to see if by chance they still have my file still in the system. They told me they usually only keep them for a week and then get rid of them. Of course they have already printed out what they need to keep so it's not like the Dr doesn't have them. Anyway, if they don't have it then I will just ask the Dr, next time, if they can just photo copy a couple pictures for me. I really wanted a couple of the pictures I saw that had the legs stretched out and one I saw of the arms. I know I am being dumb about this considering they didn't always have ultrasounds or the ability to print them out, but come on! If there is the ability and the means, then please accomodate! Haha.

My belly is also getting bigger. I will have Jared take a picture and I will post it. Maybe I will post a picture of how I started as well to show the difference so far. Anyway, for right now here is a profile pic of our little girl!

21 Weeks

So this is the start of week 21. Only 19 more! Crazy! I wouldn't say that time is flying by but sometimes it is going by faster than I would have thought. I am starting to feel her(baby) move more throughout the day...mostly at night though. It's really periodic though, so it is hard to see if Jared can feel it or not because he would have to put his hand on my belly for a long time! I think by later this week or next he will be able to feel her better because the other night he was trying, but I think it is still too faint to know if it is her for sure or not.

I might be going to Missouri with my mom in a couple of weeks to see some family whom I haven't seen for a really long time. I called my Dr to ask if it would be okay because I forgot to ask her at my appt. I haven't had any problems with the pregnancy and I won't be in the 'bad' stage for flying, so I don't think that she will have a problem. We will have to see though.

We haven't had any offers on the house yet, but hey, it's only been a week! Hopefully someone likes our house though!

Drum Roll Please!!

The ultrasound went well today. We didn't get very many pictures...and the ones we did get were of slim variety! Good thing, I am bringing a DVDR or CDR to my Dr appt tomorrow and they will be able to give me all of the pictures the tech took today instead of only the select ones she printed out.

Anyway! You probably want to know what we saw as far as gender goes! Well, We saw the 3 lines that indicate a girl! If there were no 3 lines and something (boy parts) sticking out inbetween the legs, then it would be a boy, but there wasn't! We would have been extremely happy either way, but it is definitely nice to know whether to call it a boy or girl!

I have to admit that we thought it was a girl from the last ultrasound we had at 16weeks, but we didn't see the 3 lines...just didn't see any boy parts. So I think now that the chance of the baby 'turning' into a boy are a lot less than last time. Does that make sense? It is kind of hard if you don't understand the anatomy and the way babies form and when everything starts to show and everything. I am going to wait until I get my copy of all the pictures on a disk until I post them on here because the ones I have aren't that good. So you will have to wait atleast another week. Also, she didn't take a picture of the girl parts, so I don't have one...and I didn't think of asking her to take it until I was wiping off all of the gel-goop. Argh!

Remember, you all have to wait until she is born to know her name! (That means...don't ask cuz we wont tell you:) ) Besides, we haven't decided on one yet.

20 Weeks

Well, I am half way! Tomorrow is my ultrasound, and we will then find out what the sex of our baby is. I am getting really excited. I am excited to find out and then go to stores and look at baby stuff! Exciting! We just put on our house on the market yesterday...it is officially online and everything as of today. We have the sign in our front yard with flyers and everyone can see our house online and look at it. I guess if people have never seen our house and you finally want to, go to rmls.com and look up houses in Veneta, Or for 189,900. Or our ML# is 8047876, if you put this number in the search thing then it will just go strait to our house and make it easier to find. There are pictures of everything.

Back to pregnancy...I have been feeling the baby kick and move around a lot more in the past week or so. Sometimes it tickles...soon enough it will be annoying and hurt, I'm sure! I feel bad because Jared can't feel it and it is hard to describe the feeling. I am also hungry! Give me food now!! Haha, the worst is when I am laying in bed trying to go to sleep and my tummy is rumbling and it hurts because I am hungry. I just ignore it and go to sleep though. It wouldn't be good to eat and then go to sleep. I have to draw the line somewhere right?!

WooHoo!

Yea! We are done! Graduation was fast and fun. It only took an hour and a half for the ceremony, which is pretty short! If I remember correctly I think my High School graduation lasted about 3 hours. Of course, there were only 91 people graduating (Associates, Bachelors and Masters combined) and in High School there were 300 or so? I can't remember how many people. Plus we had a lot of student talkers and singers in HS. Anyway...Just thought I would say yay!!! Thank you to everyone who came to our Grad Party/BBQ! It was fun! Only a few more days to vote on the gender! Another WooHoo for that!

Due to popular demand

Okay...here are the last ultrasound pictures taken at 16 weeks 3 days. Baby measured practically perfect for the age frame. The nurses doing the ultrasound guessed that the baby was about 16 weeks 2 or 3 days from the measurements they took and then asked me how far along I was. So whatever that means, good or bad. I will be having my BIG ultrasound next week on the 15th! Remember to vote for the gender!!

This picture is kinda fuzzy, but it has a really good profile. I think scanning it into the computer made it a little harder to see, so I am sorry.

This week is week 19 and Graduation

Crazy! I am almost at the halfway mark of the pregnancy! I wish I would've asked my Dr if I could get an ultrasound done before graduation instead of after! It would have been fun to tell everyone at graduation. Oh well, nothing I can do about it. I have to admit, I am just getting really excited to know what the gender of our baby is. I had a dream the other night that it was a boy. It is kind of funny though because I have previously had a dream that it was a girl, so in this dream when they saw the boy parts I made a remark about the baby taking a long time to develop them because we didn't see them at the last ultrasound. I am weird. I think it is a girl now though. At the very beginning I thought boy, but when I was sick and everything I changed my mind to girl. I have also been thinking about when I have the baby. I want as many people who want to come to the hospital to do so. I would love to know that there is support and happy people awaiting the arrival of the little person inside of me. Now, that doesn't mean I want any of you in the room while I am delivering because umm not to be rude, but I don't. Just Jared and the Drs. I will also be planning on driving down to Eugene and staying with someone when I am close to delivery date. I have decided that it would be best to keep my Dr and go to a hospital with people I know instead of finding all new stuff when we move to Molalla.

Graduation is 5 days away! Yeah!!! We are graduating at 10am and then I think they are providing some sort of refreshments right after...aka time to take some pictures with some friends...What Jared and I are planning is to go back to our house and have a BBQ! I am thinking we should plan on being back at our house around 1:00. If you want to come please do! Let me know if you need directions, and I can call you or something. I don't think it matters what time you come, there will definitely be our family coming with us to our house right after graduation, and I am sure they will be there for a while. Come celebrate with us!! This Saturday at 1:00 for the BBQ or come to NCC for our graduation ceremony at 10:00!
